    Where do you fit on this vast spectrum and does it matter? What s in a diagnosis and should you let it shape you?

    How your bendy brain interprets the world around you.

    Practical: Somatic exercises, Learning Stillness before meditation

    Pain - Perception is everything

    Living with pain creates a human that has to just push through, get the job done and doesn't engage well with their body.

    Learn to understand the reason pain is with you

    What your perception of pain is different to other peoples

    Living in overdrive - hypercontraction of muscles creates fatigue - understand your daily strugle with tiredness

    Practical - Somatic exercises, Stillness, Breathwork

    Module 5

    Movement

    Movement is grounding and enjoyable for your body, the co-ordination of activity give your hyperactive ind tasks and programmes to follow. However much of the movement can he destabilising and challenging the after effects can be debilitating.

    Learn how you can effectively and safely navigate your favorite movement, imporving strength, co-ordination and balance through Pilates and Body Awareness from Somatic Exercises.

    Practical - Pilates programme - start to move with a deeper appreciation of your bendy body. 

    Module 6

    Perfectionism

    Your Beliefs shape who you are and your beliefs where given and learnt. 

    Perfectionism - what is it and where did it come from?

    What do YOU really believe - how can you seperate them from background programmes.

    Becoming your own best friend and mentor

    Learning to quiet your Inner critic. Finding Hrmony

    Practice; Mindfulness - monitoring negative self speak

    Module 7

    You are the Solution

    We are defined by the journey we have been on until we become enlightened enough to see it and alter course.

    Do you let your past control your future? Look at your daily problems, how many of them are created by our past experiences as a refernce for negative outcomes. Learn Strategies and Techniques to start to live in your present and project positive outcomes and experiences. What are your crutches... social media, alcohole, drugs, vaping understand why these have been necessary for you.

    Practical: Journalling - learn to express yourself on paper in a safe envirnoment - write your truth to reveal your mindset and understanding about yourself.

    Module 8

    Nourishment - Eating to Heal

    Inflammation creates pain. Understand inflammation in your body and what increases and reduces it.

    Using food as our medicine.

    Stress and reproductive Hormones -thier role in inflammation. The Hierarchy of Health.

    Hydration and Eating to Heal.

    Practical - Keep a Food diary for 4 days then start to cut out inlammatory food from your diets

    Module 9

    Mindfulness - Developing Strong Mind Muscles

    Know thyself - can you sit comfortably with your thoughts? Setting positive boundries from Within

    Becoming mindful of your thoughts creates great power over compulsion and addiction.

    Practical - Explore the Greats Bruce Lipton, Jo Dispenza, Caroline Maas, Jamie Catto some of my early Guru's.

    MEditation - The Key to Calm Empowerment

    Why is WOO-WOO WOO-WOO?  Your subconcious doesn't want to change, so it's hard but anything worth doing is generally challenging. Rome wasn't built in a day - no blue pill available but if you put in the work the rewards are enedless. 

    Practical - Find a different meditation to do each day - a different style, voice, genre and work out which one helpes you the most.

    Module 11

    Longevity - Here for a long Time & a Good Time

    Consistency and taking action is the key to success - Attract what you wan to you through changing who you are and you change your vibration ready to recieve those dreams. Learn that balnce comes from keeping all aspects of your life in HARMONY

     Module 12

    Balance 

    The key to being balanced is to look at your Wellness Venn Diagram and use it to ave a way to the success you wan for your self.
